If you're sick of trekking up to the U-District to get your Indian food fix at Cedars, worry no more! Their new location on Broadway and Jefferson has officially opened its doors -- and, according to Kelton Sears on our sister blog, Capitol Hill Seattle, it's right on par with the cuisine that has made them famous north of the ship canal since 1984.
Cedars offers an array of perfectly spiced and proportioned Mediterranean and Indian cuisine. The gyros are huge, full of tender, seasoned meat, and just the right amount of tzatziki and tahini. Running anywhere from $4 to $7, they won't break the bank either.
Cedars continues to boast a variety of vegetarian options, including falafel, vegetable kofta, and paneer dishes. Plus, they deliver! Oh, happy day.
